Senior
Housing:
As science and health care advances continues to extend the longevity
of our lives, senior housing continues to be a vital component
in residential and institutional architecture. At Langley
& Associates Architects, LLC we are fortunate to play
a significant role in shaping the environments that will enhance
the quality of life for our senior citizens. Our comfortable,
home-like designs help ease the transition from home to independent,
assisted-living and skilled care facilities while providing warm,
nurturing environments for retirement living. We believe living
and resident spaces should reflect the style and quality that
senior adults have grown familiar with throughout their lives.
Our facilities encourage social interaction through community-minded
features such as beauty parlors, ice cream shops, and common sitting,
dining and activity spaces. We work closely with state regulatory
agencies and owners to create facilities that meet technical needs
as well as fulfill the demands for an economical, livable, marketable
senior housing project.
